This Generation 2 997 Carrera was built December 2009 and first delivered by Porsche Centre Parramatta in November 2010. It has had just the one owner and has been very well cared for. The contrasting black with beige colour scheme looks stunning and is one of those combinations that will never date. These Gen 2 997's have the later direct fuel injection engine which improves power greatly and reduces fuel consumption. In Carrera guise it produces 345 HP. When this is coupled to a PDK gearbox with sport chrono things start to happen very quickly. The sport chrono and Porsche Active Suspension Management allow you to have two cars in one. You can go from hard edged track weapon to grand tourer at the flick of a switch. The PDK gearbox is definitely the way forward for transmissions. I absolutely love Porsches manual boxes but these PDK boxes just do things the manual boxes can't come close to yet still manage to give the driver the same thrills. Other options include xenon lights, touch screen sat nav, Bluetooth etc....
