Exclusive Insurance Partner of the AASA
Enthusiast Motor Insurance has signed as the exclusive Insurance Partner of the Australian Auto-Sport Alliance (AASA), with the partnership taking effect immediately ahead of a busy mid year event calendar.
Built by enthusiasts for enthusiasts since 2010, Enthusiast Motor Insurance is there for people who love their cars, covering over $2 billion worth of classic, modified, imported, and laid-up cars and motorcycles, across Australia.
An Aussie business from underwriting through to claims, the team have spent their careers in this niche, sharing the passion with our customers.
The partnership sees Enthusiast Motor Insurance become an associate sponsor of the Hi-Tec Oils AASA Short Track Nationals 2026 – Powered by WOLF SPORTS, with Round 2 at One Raceway in country New South Wales on June 20-21 the first activation. They will be present at the Australian Time Attack round at Winton Motor Raceway on June 27-28, and their branding will feature across multiple AASA events throughout the year.
The fit between the two organisations is more than commercial. The AASA community and Enthusiast’s customer base overlap substantially. From competitors and collectors to motorsport participants who expect their insurer to understand what they’re covering. Both organisations are committed to growing motorsport at every level, from grass roots club events through to national competition.

Stacy Vickers CEO of Enthusiast Motor Insurance
“We’re excited to formalise what feels like a natural fit with the Australian Auto-Sport Alliance,” Vickers said. “Enthusiast is now the exclusive Insurance Partner of the AASA, and an associate sponsor of the Nationals Series and we’ll be expanding our physical presence at Winton and across multiple AASA events through the year.
The overlap between our customers and the AASA community is real, and what Marcos Ambrose, Stephen Whyte and the AASA team has done to lift the competitor experience has made this an even easier decision.
We’re looking forward to building something meaningful together.”
Stephen Whyte CEO of the AASA
“To have Enthusiast Motor Insurance come on board with AASA makes great sense,” Whyte said. “We both provide peace of mind for our customers through our products, and as the name states we are enthusiastic about motoring and indeed, motorsport.”
“The relationship to put this all-in place has been so easy and we are all working towards a common goal. I’m sure going forward we can work on benefits for our customers with plenty of opportunities for cross promotion and a long relationship for the future.”
“The Enthusiast Motor Insurance name will be present across all AASA activations particularly at our national level events, be it on track, or across any of our digital platforms.”
