SEVEN82MOTORS’ Anniversary Auction is LIVE
Following their huge June auction, held in conjunction with Cooly Rocks On, SEVEN82MOTORS has announced their August online auction. This one is huge, too, as it marks 20 years in business for SEVEN82MOTORS. From humble beginnings back in 2007, trading in quality classic and muscle cars, SEVEN82MOTORS switched to car auctions in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. They’re now regarded as the premier Australian auction house for premium show cars, restomods and custom builds of all types, as well as restored muscle cars, classics and hot rods. You’ll find all these kinds of vehicles in this very special ‘Anniversary Auction’.

The Anniversary Auction opens for online bidding from 3:00PM AEST on Friday, 31 July and runs through to Sunday, 9 August, with the close of bidding livestreamed at the ‘Sunday Session’ from 2:00PM AEST (close of bidding from 3:00PM).
Check out some of the highlight vehicles for the August auction below, or click HERE to see the full slate of consignments.

Australian
The impressive lineup of Aussie cars in this auction starts with a 1977 Ford XC Fairmont hardtop that was converted to a T-top roof in the 1980s and may be the only Ford of its type in the country. Other Aussie Fords include an XE Fairmont Ghia ESP, a pair of restored and customised XY Falcon utes, a trio of XW GS Fairmonts, and an immaculate P5 LTD sedan. There’s also the amazing ‘BOSS XY’ Falcon restomod that’s rocking a supercharged 5.4lt V8 and rolling on 22s. With a full custom interior, BOSS XY was a Top 20 car at Summernats 38 and has featured in Street Machine magazine.
The August auction is packed with desirable Holdens, too, including HDT and HSV VL Group A SS Commodores, an early (build #4) HDT VC Commodore, an HSV VS GTS-R tribute, HSV VL Walkinshaw and HDT VK Blue Meanie replicas, plus genuine HSV sedans – E-Series GTS and GenF3 GTSR – and an HSV V2 GTO coupe. Other Holdens include a genuine XX7 HJ Sandman panel van, custom HR Special sedan, LX Torana SL/R 5000, restored and customised LH Torana sedan, a wild custom LH Torana G-Pak, one-off VK ‘Black Meanie’ custom Commodore and a supercharged HQ Premier street machine. Finally, classic Monaros in this auction include an HK GTS street machine, HQ GTS 350 coupe, a stunning HT ‘Bathurst’ GTS 350 and an HX 308 GTS sedan.
American
High-quality Americana in the Anniversary Auction starts with a ProTouring ’72 Chevrolet Camaro that’s rocking a 502 Big Block crate engine with side-mount supercharger, and rolling on 20-inch alloys. There’s also a ’69 Camaro Z/28 tribute and custom ’68 Camaro. Similar era GM offerings include a ’70 Chevy Chevelle SS, ’79 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and a ’70 Pontiac GTO.
There’s also a quartet of Corvettes on offer, including a ’59 C1 restomod with an Art Morrison chassis, supercharged LS3 V8 and RHD for practicality. There’s also a ’57 C1 convertible, ’64 C2 Fuelie coupe and ’67 C2 L71 Big Block convertible.

Beyond the muscle cars, there’s also a custom ’57 Chev Bel Air 2-door sedan, a 383-equipped custom ’55 Chev Bel Air Sports Coupe, pillarless ’59 Cadillac Series 62 sedan, ’57 Ford Thunderbird convertible, ’64 Thunderbird coupe, and a delightful pair of ‘50s Buicks – a ’55 Special Estate wagon that’s loaded with period accessories, and a ’55 Riviera pillarless four-door sedan.
There’s also a restored ’65 Mustang convertible, restomod ’68 Mustang fastback, 2006 Shelby GT500 Super Snake, and a Hemi-equipped ’68 Dodge Coronet Super Bee.

Pickups, Vans and Hot Rods
Premium commercial vehicles in the August auction include a rare, factory RHD ’46 Chev Coupe Ute with a full custom build that was a Meguiar’s MotorEx Superstars finalist and Street Machine feature car.
There’s also a full custom ’38 Chev Coupe Ute, rodded ’30 Ford pickup, custom ’57 Chev 3100 pickup, and a Stranger Things-themed ’84 Chev G10 van.
This auction also features a ’67 VW Kombi pickup, ’77 Toyota LandCruiser trayback, and for something completely different, a civilian-spec 2002 Hummer H1 4x4 with a 6.5lt turbo diesel V8, RHD conversion, seating for four and a rear cargo tub with lockable storage box.
Hot rod options include two ’32 Ford 3-window coupes and a ’37 Ford Tudor.
