This 2019 Manac 002 Custom Tourer is an amazing piece of machinery. Inspired by the Elfin 360, this hand-built creation is 1 of just 4 custom-made here in SA. Driven by a Ford Mustang 4.9L 302ci Windsor V8, the motor was balanced and blueprinted, and equipped with a forged crank, forged pistons, a hydraulic cam, AFR cylinder heads, and Scorpion roller rockers. This is paired to a 5-speed Audi gearbox, Fidanza flywheel, Sachs clutch, and a Quaffe limited-slip differential. Both the front and rear suspensions have been manufactured with rose-jointed suspension, Mitsubishi hubs, disc brakes and callipers, QA1 coil-overs, and Triumph TR6 rack-and-pinion steering. The Manac is powered by LP Gas with a MOTEC electronic fuel management system. The interior features Sparco Sprint seats and plenty of leg room, and behind the quick-release steering wheel is a set of Speedhut electronic gauges. The body is made of fibreglass, which sits over a tubular steel frame, making the Manac incredibly light with an amazing power-to-weight ratio. Finished in an eye-catching blue, the Manac sits on a set of Lenso D1R Light Racespec wheels. The Manac is completely engineered and registered on the road here in SA, and it comes with a set of spare wheels as well as a box of spares.
