Entries open for 2027 Sydney Harbour Concours

Following an outstanding eighth edition this past February, the Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance is now preparing for its ninth edition, which is scheduled for 26-28 February, 2027. Expressions of interest for next year’s concours have opened, so owners of exceptional automobiles that are keen to be a part of the event are invited to submit their vehicle to the concours’ selection committee for consideration.

Widely regarded as Australia’s premier concours event, the Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance has only grown in stature since relocating to Cockatoo Island in 2024. From its cathedral-like Turbine Hall to the other buildings in this former working dockyard, Cockatoo Island has added a sense of wonder and grandeur to the occasion. It’s also allowed for daily vehicle parades to be part of the concours’ itinerary; something impossible at previous locations.

The Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance welcomes all types of automobiles, from the oldest veterans to the newest hypercars and everything in between, with concours categories accommodating different automotive anniversaries, themes and interests each year. In past concours, cars from the very dawn of motoring have shared space with brand new offerings from the likes of Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce and McLaren, to name a few.

Exceptional motorcycles a part of the programme, too.

While the Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance is open to vehicles that cover all price brackets, standards for entry are high, so submissions of outstanding restored, or exceptionally well-preserved original vehicles will be given priority when it comes to assessment by the selection committee. It should also be noted that submission does not guarantee selection.

Owners of vehicles invited to exhibit will not only get the opportunity to present their pride and joy in the unique setting of Cockatoo Island, but also experience everything else the concours has to offer, from exceptional food and wine, undercover and al fresco dining, presentations by guest speakers, and displays from premium brands.
