Excuse my enthusiasm, but a friend of mine has just made my day. He arrived on my doorstep with an absolutely gorgeous early model Rolls Royce Phantom. Finished in bright yellow it cut an impressive profile. There's still a little way to go on restoration, but this car is going to be used for daily travel - when appropriate - and so restoration to concours standard is not a priority.
